Hi, my name is Laine! I live in Chicago, where I work as a Sourcing Recruiter and a certified Pilates instructor. In college I studied English, fueled by my passion for communication and connection. Those passions are at the forefront of both of my roles, complemented by my enthusiasm for health and wellness. I'm a creative person by nature and I love spending my free time making art, exploring outdoors, traveling, and cooking for loved ones.

As a Sourcing Recruiter at JBK Search, I’m thrilled to contribute to a team that shares my passions, values authenticity, and is committed to making a positive impact in the biopharma industry. In my role, I focus on finding and engaging top talent through various sourcing techniques, conducting thorough interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to understand and meet their needs. Building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth recruitment process is my priority.
